Loads of homework, laboratory works, exercising, and whatever works, do NOT stress yourself 🙂 Because it does not help you get anything done (what it does is the opposite). And that what will make you different with the others who are stressed with the works. You still do the tasks, but do not frown, smile! Do you know that frowning uses lots of energy compared to smiling?
So yeah, I still have the time to write this post although next week is kinda a hell week with practicums, homework, quizzes, and other things. I have learned not to stress over those things because it only made my days into black days. Just take it as a life test and do it! Don’t think too much about how much is the work and get nothing done. Start your move now, little by little, then getting bigger and bigger. If you are already stressed out, there are a lot of stress management articles out there, waiting to be read. Or maybe you can just rest for an hour or two, then try to do your assignments done, but don’t stress over it; life is just too precious. Just found some good quotes:
