People usually make the list on new year or their birthday – which I did back in 1st January! So, how is the progress? Good? Bad? Have you just realized again that you made resolutions? Half… no, 3/4 of the year has passed now, do you want to finish the start you made 9 months ago?
Try to remember what kind of thoughts did you have back then. Why did I write those things? Try to gain the passion from back then when you wrote those self-improvement list. If you find it hard to do, here is 3 simple steps to help you:
sounds can be a big distractions when you are trying to reminisce. It will be better if you can be along without any distraction. This can be the park, your room, or maybe your secret place where you like to be alone.
Yes, do this on a piece of paper with your own hand. Writing them is 100 times better than just reading them again. This will help you remember yourself back then when you wrote them too.
and picture your past self back then… take a deep breath and recall how you want yourself to become better and better.
