Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance

Have just watched the movie “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance”  – Beware, this tiddly review of the movie may contain spoiler 🙂

Ghost Rider

I think… this movie is not bad. Not good too though. I mean, with the standard of other Hollywood movies. I like it how the vehicles transform when the ghost rider is on them; especially that giant… umm what’s the name well yeah some giant thingy where he almost killed the antagonist. I like the special effects on this movie, especially the flames. It was pretty cool! But not the body/ jacket of the ghost rider. I do not know why, but I think it looks ugly and stiff which give the impression of fake-ness.

Story-wise, I think it is a good idea that they explain about the background of ghost rider so that people who haven’t watched the first movie can relate the story. Though  there are some things that make me go “what?! why?”. Mainly the ending though, where suddenly Johnny Blaze can control the power of the ghost rider. He did not attack Nadya at all on the last roadway battle. Then he saved Danny from Roarke and even carry him with his hands. And suddenly having the power of the angel. Um… Okay?!

Well yeah, I watched it in 2D and think that the special effects is awesome. I think it will be much more splendid in 3D!
