Random Sauces From All Around The World

The New iPad – iPad 3

Just a few hours ago, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook revealed Apple’s newest gadget. What is it? iPad 3? Nope! He said it is

“The New iPad”

The New iPad

Finally officially unveiled the tablet device, does it meet with your speculation on its hardware and/or software? I think I will just say this as iPad 3 to make it easier. This high-tech gadget will hit the store in a week or so; for you gadget maniac or Apple fan boys, be prepared! Or you can pre-order it now.

So what is the newest technology does this iPad 3 offer? Still with the same size of 9.7 inches, it has a staggering resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. Heck it is double the amount of my net-book’s resolution. Along with the high resolution that it has, they also install 5 Megapixels with auto-exposure, auto-focus, auto-face detection, and great edge-to-edge detail. Though I actually do not think its main feature is the camera (because it looks so weird catching images while holding with that big square thing) I think a lot of people want it, so they are giving it to the market.

Other new things will be that iPad 3 now available with 4G. The processing power is stronger as well as the battery. And for the packaging, iPad 3 will be a bit heavier and a bit thicker; it will be 635 g in weight.

Oh, and one of the most important thing is the price, haha. Here is the listing of iPad 3’s price:

  • $499 for 16GB WI-FI
  • $599 for 32GB WI-FI
  • $699 for 64GB WI-FI
  • $629 for 16 GB WI-FI+4G
  • $729 for 32 GB WI-FI+4G
  • $829 for 64 GB WI-FI+4G

Tim Cook Said that “Apple has its feet firmly planted in the post-PC future,” and depict its latest iPad 3 and the earlier iPads as devices that “reinventing portable computing and outstripping the wildest of predictions.” What is your opinion on iPad 3 seeing this from consumer perspective? Or what does the professional-you say?
